 退院から2ヶ月経過。今は自宅で仕事をしながら週に一度心臓リハビリに通っています。先日のCPXでの運動耐容能は同年代比較で中等度低下。BNPは8月の手術前の754に比べ現在90で下がりました。生まれつきの心臓病を持っていると成長と共に何度か手術をする必要がありますが、おそらく今回の手術で最後の心臓の手術になると思います。今後も健康的な生活を送りながら今まで以上に楽しい人生を送りたい。来年は毎月どこかへ旅行へいき、そして久しぶりに海外にも行きたい

Two months have passed since discharge from the hospital. I am now working at home and going to cardiac rehab once a week. His exercise tolerance on a recent CPX was moderately decreased compared to his peers; his BNP is now down at 90 compared to 754 before his surgery in August. I have been born with a heart condition that will require several surgeries as my grows, but this will probably be my last heart surgery. I want to continue to live a healthy life and enjoy life more than ever. Next year I want to travel somewhere every month, and for the first time in a long time, I want to go abroad!
