the hormone unbalance again

somehow, i have another hormone unbalance again.  
im having a lot of ups and lows a while week.  
 
i can cheer up my friends,but I can't cheer up myself. 
i need find something better to do with this symptom.  
it's very herd. 

 i have a lot of things get through in the future.
 i have a lot of things i want to lean. 
i have a lot of things i want to meet up to people.
 i have a lot of thins i want to go countries.
 get through it.

  ホルモンの乱れマジきつい

 the pain of an injury can be controlled by feeling. but what do i do when im in but feeling by the hormone unbalance?
