全然上達どころか下達の一途をたどってる自分の語学力
練習しなきゃいけないので頑張って書く

海外旅行にいくとしても
もしもの時に備えて成人先天心疾患センターが近くにあるところを選ばないといけないと思ってます

ジャズを聴きにニューオーリンズのフレンチクォーター近郊にいくのなら
その近くにそれがあるのかどうか

Sofar soundのイベントやJemmie OliverのやGordon Ramseyのレストランに行きたければ
それぞれの近くに、やはりセンターがあるのかどうか

もし何か起こって病院に運ばれるにしても
自分の症状を説明できる語学力は必要ですし、

My English skills is constantly down but I have to reading and speaking more for one of my future purposes..I going to conversation with foreigner, writing and speaking,  for example that is mistake or not.

I have to searching ACHD( adult congenital heart disease center) each countries. If I'll go to overseas trips.

I want to go many  countries I still now
If I'll got to New Orleans to listen to music and and  I'll go to Sorfar sounds event, Jamie Oliver's and Gordon Ramsey's restaurant in England,Ｉ'll have to looking for ACHD center near by there


I need conversations skills that is tell the my symptoms to hospital staffs,
when something might have happened someone or me at somewhere.
