初めまして

私は日本の先天性心疾患のともと申します。

今までに胸骨正中切開手術を含めた心臓手術を4回経験しています。（

私のようなミドルエイジ層の姑息治療では多くの場合（もちろん人に寄りますが）20センチ以上切開をし心臓を修復する手術をします。

なのでこの小切開で手術をされた方が後天性の心疾患なのか先天性なのかが興味をもちました。

個人情報守秘義務がありますのでその方の詳細は言わなくて大丈夫です。

My name is Tomo and I have congenital heart disease in Japan.

I have had 4 cardiac surgeries including 3 median sternotomies.

In many cases (depending on the person, of course), middle-aged people like me have surgery to repair the heart through an incision of 20 cm or more.

So I was interested to know if the person who had this small incision surgery had acquired heart disease or congenital heart disease.
